CEO and Chief Operating Officer
KL Chan
KL Chan is the Co-founder, CEO and Chief Operating Officer at VMG Work. Beginning primarily as a modest value-added furniture manufacturer in 1951, the visionary stewardship and leadership of KL Chan evolved this once family fledgling business to what is known today as VMG Work.
KL Chan has 20 years of working experience in the area of R&D, innovative and value-added furniture products and spearheaded a new division in the area of wood veneering. KL Chan has transformed VMG Work into one of the prominent local and global market players.

KL Chan holds an MBA degree from Kursk State Technical University.
Creative Director
Leon Leeau
Leon Leeau is the Co-founder and Creative Director at VMG Work. He has 30 years of working experience in locations such as Hong Kong, New York, London, Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur.
Before returning to Malaysia in 2001, he has held many senior positions in the areas of fund management, private equity and venture capital. Leon’s extensive travel schedule seeking for investment opportunities for his clientele has given him valuable exposure to different people, arts, cultures and architecture. In the course of his professional work, he discovered an inner passion for interior designing that led him to change his career path and focus on his creative dream that has borne much fruit today.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Master of Accounting Degree from Monash University, Australia as well as a Master of Commerce Degree in from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Project Management Director
Marcus Pek
Marcus is the Co-founder and Chief Project Management Officer at VMG Work. Marcus has 20 years of work experience specialising in the areas of large-scale project management, site supervision and quality control.
Some of the more prominent projects Marcus has managed include the Public Mutual Tower, Anantara Desaru Resort, MRT Underground Tunnel and Genting Premium Outlet. Marcus has over 20 years project management experience.

Chief Interior Designer
James Teh
At VMG Work, James leads a team of designers who supports him in the overall design process. James has over 25 years of professional design experience in interior and product designs.
His previous works include the conceptualization of Rolls Royce Malaysia corporate office, a United Kingdom corporate office, a casino in Cambodia, Strawberry Park Resort in Cameron Highland, Geo Resort and Hotel in Genting Highland, Kiaros Villa in Seremban Hill and various high-end residential projects in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.

Chief Marketing Officer
Ng Sun Hua
Sun Hua is the Chief Marketing Officer at VMG Work where she oversees the needs of her clients.
Sun Hua has 15 years of banking experience in the areas of investment and wealth management which involved evaluating the financial health of various financial institutions and recommending appropriate credit financing solutions for them. During her tenure as a banker, she has managed private assets in excess of RM300 millions.
With her skills in managing client needs and transferring her knowledge to the design team, she has immensely helped in the formation and the on-growing expansion of VMG Work.

Financial Controller/Office Administration
Caffy Wong
Caffy has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of accounting and risk management. Caffy oversees the entire accounting operation such as financial planning, control and reporting within VMG Work. Caffy is also responsible in office administration duties which include a set of day-to-day activities that are related to the maintenance of an office building, record keeping & billing, personal, payroll and logistics.
Caffy holds a LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
