Banyan Tree Signatures Pavilion located in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur is a strategic collaboration between Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s premier luxury shopping mall, and Banyan Tree a globally-recognised hospitality brand. Our ID team has given a modern rendition of a luxurious and sophisticated design for this private residence. Our client who lives in France rented the furnished apartment to a Japanese corporate client and set a new bench mark rental price 50% above market.
