Kairos Villa, Seremban, Malaysia

Kairos Villa is a homestay resort located in the tropical forest of Pantai Hill in Seremban. It was a challenging yet rewarding project due to the nature of the existing site which initially hosted a bird nest house. Since eagle favored the elevated location which deterred the swiftlets from making nests, it has prompted the new investor to turn it into a cozy weekend gateway. We worked closely with our client making sure that the building was fit for occupation. In addition to our ID work, our job scope also included the conceptualisation of the external building.
